Your comment is a perfect example of critical thinking skills not being taught in schools, and it really saddens me. No one ever said you must check in every two minutes like you are signaling a plane into a runway. That’s ridiculous.

Nor did I ask you to eliminate non-verbal communication. Non-verbal and verbal communication are not mutually exclusive. They are part of a conversation you should be having.

I asked you to stop interpreting tone and meaning through DBL- digital body language and to stop assuming silence is a yes. I guarantee there are a lot of people in this world (men included) who said nothing when they didn't particularly want to have sex with someone. At the very least, that leads to bad sex. Desire matters.

Lastly, feminism does not teach that “men are shit.” If that was your takeaway then you are struggling to hold two thoughts in your head simultaneously - a skill that requires critical thinking. Women throughout history have been oppressed. That does not mean you are to blame for the past. It means that you are responsible for the future.
