This is not semantics. This is an understanding of basic anatomy. Does food taste pleasurable because of the hole in your mouth or your taste buds?

You can coach women to describe pleasure in any way you want. It's important that women have words to communicate how they experience pleasure. It's also equally important that we get better sex education in this country and the research dollars to study the clitoris.

Let me be blunt. If someone ripped out your entire clitoral network, you would never experience a "vaginal orgasm" again. We don't need to study the vagina. We have had 100s of years of backyard sex shamers claiming that women should only orgasm through penetration.

I am not a sex coach. I am a researcher and a medical illustrator. I represent the 85% of women who cannot orgasm through penetration alone.
