Ok that is fascinating...But there are women who can have an orgasm just by thought alone. And when you say "stimulate the clitoris" what part? I assume you mean the glans clitoris. In a lot of women, that outside fleshy part of the clitoris is way too sensitive so touching it can be annoying. But the parts of the clitoris that are on the inside (see diagram from a previous article I referenced) work their magic on the rest of the body.

And yes, women's bodies are so different. I don't even feel like any two orgasms are the same.
