ok ok You convinced me. I have always said I will never do yoga, but I am running out of options. (I have pudendal neuralgia.) I have started to do pelvic floor exercises to relax my pelvic floor. (I guess that is yoga?) And it is working. It isn't curing the pain but it definitely is helping.
I wonder if the real power behind yoga is to relax the mind. As you already pointed out, so much of nerve pain is the brain caught in a pain loop. I am determined to break it.
