John, I agree with you completely, but in our current system, the younger working class seeds social security. If we continue in our current trajectory with declining birth rates and no transfer of wealth, we will have a mess on our hands. Perhaps I have grown too cynical, but it doesn't feel the economy will ever exist to serve human needs if it is yoked to capitalism.
