Jacqueline, I am sorry for your loss. Writing always helps me heal wounds so I can't imagine opening that vein and then someone pouring acid into it. Humans sometimes suck.

But you will notice a commonality with trolls that attack mothers as "breeders." They never have children.

There's an older woman who writes on this platform who constantly disparages mothers and claims parents are causing overpopulation. (Every demographer will tell you that we are entering a period of such low birth rates that it is too late to prevent an inverted population growth.)

Often, hatred stems out of envy. While you are mourning the loss of your beautiful daughter, they are mourning the loss of never having that daughter. That doesn't make their actions right. But it should make you pity them. They have chosen to address their grief with meanness.
