I would ideally like to date someone closer to my age but it never seems to happen. My last three boyfriends have been 10-15 years younger. It comes with its own set of complications.

But you make some great points. Women don't need a provider anymore. The wage gap is closing in many cities. And since men have fallen behind in education, even if you wanted a provider...good luck with that.

Also, men don't take care of themselves (both spiritually and physically) as much as women do. It's not about looks. It's about being able to keep up. Improving your mind, etc.
