I read an article recently in which a guy claimed that his Twitter blue check signaled his genetic superiority to women.

I didn’t know what a “blue check” was so I asked a friend, “say does Twitter pay people with blue colored checks or something?”

After much back and forth, we finally figured out that I was referring to Twitter’s verification process for accounts with large followers.

And it was at that moment that I realized the blue check guy never gets laid.
