I like the hair analogy. I think schools can start with sex-ed programs that role play consent. Or at least have training videos showing which situations were consent and which were not. Classroom discussions should follow scenarios. These studies were all recent so it shows how much we are failing kids.
If parents are uncomfortable with sex-ed in schools, then they have to do it themselves. What they can't do is let kids learn about consent from social media and porn.
As you can see, I get all fired up with this subject ;)
