I am always amazed when I meet someone new and the questions are all one-sided. I used to chock it up to social awkwardness and for some cases that is true. But more often than not, people who don't ask questions are simply but curious about others. I now give those people only two chances. I let them warm up in the first interaction but if the conversation continues to feel like an interview in the second...I avoid them.
