Hi Victoria, I share your thoughts on marriage. It's a state-run institution. Sure, I would consider getting remarried, but never without a prenup. I am not losing half my shit again.

I was shocked to learn recently that the International Labor Organization included forced marriages in their statistical estimates for modern slavery in 2017. Not 1917. 2017. We definitely have work to do there.

But what saddened me about that survey is that careers beat out everything, even friendships. That points to our focus on individuality over social bonds.
