Hi Kara, If we were to sit down for a cup of coffee, I bet we would have our share of war stories to exchange. It’s happened to me too many times now to not draw conclusions. I had one ex-boyfriend who adored me when I had a book that flopped, but when the next book led to awards and recognition…he suddenly was no longer supportive.

I am still hopeful that strong men are out there and I am at the point where I can no longer tolerate the ones who don’t admire career-driven women.
