Thank you for leaving a diplomatic and judicious response even if you don’t agree with all these phrases as causing injury. You are right. My intent was for people to be cognizant of idioms that may cause microaggressions. My intent was not to get in etymological debates.

And no, I did not predict this would hit a nerve in so many, but I suck as prognosticating human behavior.
