She reminds her clients all the freakin' time, never, ever, as long as you have blood left in your chipped heart, call out a narcissist. It will only lead them to more cleverly projecting their BS onto you.

Your story sounded so familiar to mine. I remember one therapy session in tears and asking my therapist, "what if I am the narcissist?" My therapist laughed and then finally realized the damage all the blame, invalidation, gaslighting, and projection had done.

Yes, educate yourself. But then keep it to yourself.
