Beautiful advice, Sean. But damn...this is not easy. I think the hardest moments to embrace humility (in all forms) is when someone attacks your argument by diminishing your credentials and not the facts.

At those times, my knee jerk reaction is to puff out and start listing awards or accomplishments. This is obnoxious and doesn't solve anything. It's hard not to let your ego get in the way.
